By downloading, installing, or using the Waymotion mobile application or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use the Services to create competing products
  • Violate any intellectual property rights

2. Account Registration

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Waymotion offers both free and paid ("Pro") tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  • Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
  • Yearly: $24.99/year, billed annually
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store platform

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the travel routes and videos you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Services to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The Waymotion app, website, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
